• The applicant must be between 1-90 years old on the effective date of insurance coverage. When calculating age, any fraction of a day or month will be rounded up.
• Children aged under 1 year old on the effective date of coverage, who travel with a parent shall be covered with no additional premium required. (Maximum 2 persons)
• The applicant must be in good health condition with no physical abnormality or disability.
• The applicant is allowed to apply for one single trip insurance policy for each trip.
• The applicant is allowed to apply for one annual trip insurance policy per year.
• The annual trip plan covers up to 90 days per trip during the whole policy year.
• The coverage shall commence prior to the insured leaving from Thailand and shall be valid until arrivals in Thailand.

• Terms of coverage, conditions and exclusions are as being stated in the insurance policy.
• If the insured requires inpatient treatment (IPD), please contact our 24-hour Emergency Assistance Hotline Centre at +66 2342 3279 prior to admission. Our team will assist in coordinating with medical facilities abroad and provide the necessary support, including arranging a transfer to a more suitable healthcare facility if required. If you do not contact our Hotline Centre or receive treatment as an outpatient (OPD), you will be required to pay for the medical expenses upfront. • Coverage begins 2 hours before the insured departs from Thailand and remains valid until their arrival in Thailand, within 2 hours of returning to the country, or until the policy period ends, whichever occurs first.
